Hi, I'm Matt.

I believe we are Source energy, purposefully having an experience of limitation. "Healing" is the process of remembering the Truth of who we are. My intention is to help in this process. Through bodywork, energy work and coaching, I work with clients on the physical and non-physical, to support  them as they navigate their way back to health and vitality.

My healing journey began in earnest when I read Auto-Biography of a Yogi in 1994. It spoke to something deep within me, something that had always been there but was never named or understood: my own personal connection with the Divine. As is true with most "healers", I have a past that was largely shaped by intense contrast. 

This led me to explore the world of healing. Throughout most of my twenties, I devoured everything I could get my hands on that had to do with personal growth, Divinity, healing, psychology, energy work and the Self. Coupled with years of chronic pain and illness, I had the opportunity to put into practice what I was learning.

Since 1996, I've been trained in multiple bodywork disciplines along with many energy healing modalities. I've studied NLP, hypno-therapy, Quantum Healing, and many other mind-body approaches. The biggest teacher for me, however, has been my own healing journey. I've explored both the depths and heights of my body and Self, and have experienced profound growth and healing on the physical as well as the non-physical. 

I am honored and grateful to have the opportunity to help others in their healing journey as well.
